As one of the founders of the company as well as the President & CEO, Frank has been fully immersed in SecurManage™ since its inception. When he isn’t working, he enjoys cooking, traveling, playing bocce, and spending time with his Grandchildren.

NOAH ADAMS
Noah, a Pittsburgh-native, earned his Computer Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He joined up with SecurManage™ in 2006, and when he’s not spending time with his wife and step-sons he enjoys playing pinball!
LAURA INKLOVICH
Laura joined the SecurManage™ team in 2014. She is a central-Pennsylvania native with a background in psychology, and in her spare time she enjoys competitive archery, outdoor sporting, fitness, and spending time with her husband and two cats.

TY MILLER
Tyler joined the SecurManage™ team in 2021. He has a background in Wildlife Biology and Information Technology. Ty is a science and history fanatic, and spends his spare time adventuring outdoors, playing rugby and road-tripping with his friends.
KRISTIN CONFER
Kristin has a degree in Criminal Justice and specialized in compliance and case management while working in community corrections for 12 years. She loves true crime, history and anything that involves animals; especially her own.
HOLLEN ALLEN
Hollen joined the SecurManage™ team in 2021. She has an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree and has worked in community corrections as a case manager and training coordinator for 14 years. In her spare time, Hollen enjoys spending time with her son and watching spooky movies.
