the New SecurManage Newsletter
The
developers, support technicians and marketing department announce the
publishing of a new tool for users. The SecurManage Newsletter
will provide information to users that will describe new features,
provide important support information, describe additional support
capability and provide additional information on important issues for
our users. The publication will also contain an article from the
company President.
SecurManage
Release 5.1 Features
SecurManage
announces the release of Version 5.1 of SecurManage. Among the
newest features are:

The addition of a dashboard that can be customized for each user.
The dashboard items include late arrivals, the current number of
residents in and out of the facility, missing demographics, bed
assignments and counselor assignments and missing case notes.

SecurManage now checks for duplicates in your database. If you
have more than one center, the software checks for the resident in
the other centers as well.

The TCU Comprehensive Intake Instrument and the TCU Drug Screen
Instrument have been added to the Case Management - Instruments - Other
Instruments section.

A brand new module has been added to the Intake module which is
titled Resident Files. Users can upload any document type to this
section for residents. This includes any documents received for the
resident by federal, state and municipal agencies.
Support
Policy
SecurManage
strongly suggests that when our users have a support issue, they take
the following actions in order to guarantee the most affective
delivery of support. First, we suggest you email the problem to
helpdesk@cirqular.com.
By emailing the help desk, you are assured that all support
personnel have access to the problem. In this manner, your support
issue will be viewed by the entire department and responded to in the
most effective manner. If you decide to call the help desk, please
be sure to call 412-894-9347 and choose option #2.
New
Biometric Device Support
SecurManage
announces the support of biometric fingerprint devices. Our users
are now able to use biometric fingerprint signature pad devices that
not only allow signature capture at sign-in/sign-out areas but also
capture resident fingerprints that verifies the resident's identity.

The President's Desk
We
are pleased to announce the initial publication of the SecurManage
Newsletter. Our mission with this new publication is to provide our
customers with current product information as well as other subjects
of interest. We welcome your feedback on the newsletter. Email us
with suggestions regarding how we can make the publication more
useful.
With
the release of SecurManage version 5.1, we have provided our
customers with a number of advanced features that will improve
accountability while increasing productivity. These features have
been added as the result of input we have received from our
customers. We hope that the changes are beneficial to your
organization and help your organization advance the use of
SecurManage.
We
are going to be holding our annual user conference in April. This
intense 2 day conference will be filled with sessions on the
software's use as well as our very popular
"Birds-of-a-Feather-Groups". Please save the dates, April 18th
and 19th.
