Resident Tasks and Randomizer
Our latest feature, demonstrated at the User Conference, is Resident Tasks. This new module allows you to schedule tasks, such as urinalysis tests and locker searches, to be completed by your staff. The system can also automatically schedule tasks randomly based on criteria specific to your individual programs.
Salient Factor Score Calculator
We have added the Salient Factor Score Calculator for Parole into SecurManage. You can now administer the instrument and record the results into your database for all of your residents.
Incident Report Follow-up
You can now add follow-ups to any type of incident report. This allows for you to go back and edit an existing report and re-sign via a digital signature pad as well as flag the report so that management knows that the incident was followed up on for the resident.
Resident and Shift Logs
Keep better track of the facility from shift to shift by using the new shift log and resident logs. These new features give you the ability to enter any information concerning the general facility or a specific resident and allows you to generate reports on the logs.
